The framework of TC50150 building is finished, now ready to install the roof cover. This 50x150 feet building framework only need 3-5 people and 2-3 days. All parts are pre-drilled, no cutting or welding is needed. You just need to connect the steel parts and bolt them together.

Double Truss Storage Tent, Fabric Building TC304922T installed in Finland

These buildings are designed for very heavy snow load in Finland, North Europe.  They use 60x1.5mm(2 3/8") tubing as truss arches, total 11 groups arches, the arch span is only 1.5m(5'). Extra lengthened stake pegs are provided to anchor the tents on hard ground. The cover is 610g/m2 (22oz) weight PVC fabric, UV treated, fire retardant, -40 degree cold resistant and very durable for harsh weather in North Europe. 
This building size 9.15m(30') wide, 15m(49') long, 6.7m(22') high, with one winch roll up door 5x5m(16'x16') at front and back panel. There is no interior column inside of building, the maximum space are provided. Our fabric structure building, storage tent are much more cost-effective compared with traditional steel warehouse. 65 feet(20m) wide Fabric Building has arrived Hawaii, USA

Maybe next time your tour to Hawaii, you will see a super large Fabric Building standing near harbor, yes it might be made by ToughCover.  This 65ft(20m) wide Fabric Building has just arrived port of Honolulu, Hawaii. 
This fabric structure (model: TC6549) is 65ft wide, 49ft long and 26ft high, (W20 x L15 x H8 meters), 7 groups double truss arches made of 76x2.5mm tubing, with 19 groups purlins, and extra slanting crossing purlins. Full opening sliding door that 39ft wide, 12ft high(12m wide, 3.7m high) at both ends, and a man door beside the sliding door for fire codes. The hot galvanized tubing are thick galvanization on both sides for best antirust and durable. Our PVC fabric are highest quality and strong for force/load, they are light-permeable, UV resistant, Fire retardant.

All ToughCover structures are well engineered and designed for load. Our buildings are designed to be clearspan that do not have Any interior columns that allow the maximum usable space, while most other competitors and traditional steel buildings require interior supports. In our building/tent, you could get a superior height and clearance, your cargos, equipments, vehicles, forklifts, trucks could move and operate freely and easily, without any interfere by interior uprights of traditional metal buildings.
