Maybe next time your tour to Hawaii, you will see a super large Fabric Building standing near harbor, yes it might be made by ToughCover.  This 65ft(20m) wide Fabric Building has just arrived port of Honolulu, Hawaii. 
This fabric structure (model: TC6549) is 65ft wide, 49ft long and 26ft high, (W20 x L15 x H8 meters), 7 groups double truss arches made of 76x2.5mm tubing, with 19 groups purlins, and extra slanting crossing purlins. Full opening sliding door that 39ft wide, 12ft high(12m wide, 3.7m high) at both ends, and a man door beside the sliding door for fire codes. 50x50 feet Shelter Tent in USA, North America

Assembly photos of 50x50x22 feet(15x15x6.7 meters) Shelter Tent structure from USA customer. This Warehouse Storage Tent is double truss arches design made of 60x1.5mm(2 3/8 inch) steel tubing for heavy snow/wind load. The whole structure, sidewall and roof, are tensioned by steel wire and turnbuckles, which could help to hold the structure as a whole. There is one full opening at front end, 12m(30ft) wide and 4m(13ft) high for easy entrance of machinery and vehicle. One winch roll up door that 4.6m(15ft) wide and 5.2m(17ft) high at back end.  We understand in some countries there is fire code by government, we could make small man door beside the big door as your request. All necessary parts for assembly are provided, all steel parts are pre-drilled, the detailed assembly instruction will be in the steel crate package, all you need to do is gather your guys and start to assemble.  For this size 50x50x22 feet(15x15x6.7m) of tent, it only requires 4-6 people and 2-3 days. We offer different anchor solutions according to your ground condition, normal soil ground or concrete or asphalt ground.

More photos from customer of Vancouver, B.C. Canada.  The customer was back from weeks holiday and continued to assemble.  This 40x70x19 feet(12.2 x 21.4 x 5.8 meters) storage tent has one winch roll up door at front wall, and closed back wall.  The door size is W12.5 x H15 feet(W3.8 x H4.6 meters), it's operated by a winch installed at bottom of front wall. Because there are 7 groups tubings inserted into the door cover, our winch roll up door are much stronger for wind that normal roll up door.  This fabric building are perfect for warehouse storage, vehicle parking, agriculture, mining and oil field.  Easy to assemble and disassemble.

This fabric structure size: 40ft wide, 70ft long and 19ft peak high (W12.2 x L21.4 x H4.8 meters), with double truss arches design made of 2 3/8 inch steel tubing for heavy snow load. With one winch roll up door at both ends, being different with usual roll up door in the market, the winch door have more support to the door cover, 7 groups of door dropping tubes are inserted into the pocket of door cover, the door could be operated opened and closed easily by the winch. There is not interior uprights at inside of structure, which allows your cargos, truck, loaders, forklift move freely inside. According to your installation ground, we could offer M14x200mm expansion bolts for concrete ground or stake peg for normal soil ground.

ToughCover use the finest and most durable PVC fabric as the cover with 10 years warranty.  We have 450g/m2(13.5oz/yd2), 610g/m2 (18oz/yd2) and 850g/m2(25oz/yd2). The color could be dark green, white or grey.

Aero Hangar Building project in Eastern Europe, Belarus

Customer feedback from Eastern Europe, Belarus. This aero/aircraft hangar shelter was installed 4 years ago, it has been working well and standing heavy wind/snow in the past years.  Our customer are very satisfied with our shelters and will place order for more units in days.

The hangar fabric building in photos is model TC4636, size: 14m wide, 11m long and 4.8m peak high (W46 x L36 x H16 feet). This clearspan structure do not have any interior columns that could offer the maximum useable space, you could get a great height and clearance for your cargos, equipments, vehicles, forklifts and so on. As show in photos, it's double tube truss structure, the truss arch spacing is only 1.8 meters (6 feet) for heavy load. With one sliding door at front end, opening size W11 x H2.3 meters(W36 x H7.5 feet). (For eve higher and larger door opening request, we could make zipper roll up door, the opening size could be 12.1m(40ft) wide, 2.3m(7.5ft) high at sides and 4.5m(15ft) peak high).

The tent size is: W6.1 x L12.2 x H3.2m(W20' x L40' x H10.5'). Being different with normal event tent in the market, the design of our party tent are stronger for wind load. We use big 50x30x2mm square tube as the framework, the arch spacing is only 2.0m(6.6'). The roof cover, sidewall cover and end wall cover are separate, you can install any of them as your wish. Also the sidewall cover could be totally rolled up at shoulder height. This party tent are perfect for events, party, and shows. (nice bear in the photo)

Cover installation Photos of 50ft wide Storage Warehouse Tent in Europe

The cover for TC50150 warehouse tent has been installed last week in Romania. Here is some photos from customer. Being the first time to install our storage tent, they have done very well to the framework and cover installation. Cheers for them!
All the necessary parts (the ropes, ratchet straps) for cover installation has been provided in our crates. Main cover installation of large size fabric building is sometimes a little difficulty for new customers. As customers' request, we could make the main cover to be pieces, like 10 meters(33feet) long for each piece. In this way it will be much easier to install.
Remember, you should always choose a windless day to install the cover. The wind will make it very difficult to install, and may cause damage to cover.
So far, this 50x150x23ft (L45.75 x W15.24 x H7.0m) warehouse tent/fabric tension installation has been finished. Thanks for the photos taken by our customer, I hope you all like them. 50ft (15.24m) wide warehouse storage tent framework assembly finished in Romania

The 50x150x23ft (L45.75 x W15.24 x H7.0m) warehouse storage tent in Romania has finished framework assembly several days ago. Next they will choose a windless day to install the covers.

All steel parts of Toughcover's Storage Tent are pre-cut and pre-drilled. They are packed in several steel crates, which are easy for transportation and could protect the goods well. All bolts and anchors are provided for assembly. (As customer request, we could offer different expansion bolts for concrete ground and stakes for normal soil ground). This Romania customer is first time to buy from Toughcover and first time to assemble, they only used several people and a forklift for all these works. Let's expect more photos from them later for cover installation.

This photo was taken by our New USA customer.  The model in this photo is our container cover, shelter tent TC4040C, size: W42 x L40 x H13 feet (W12.72 x L12.19 x H4.0 meters).  It is designed for installing on standard shipping containers, or on the ground or walls. As you can see from the photo, it's double truss structure for strong wind/snow load, total 7 groups truss arches on 6.6ft(2.0m) spacing, with slanting support tubes at end spacings. As customer request, we could also make the end walls with door, or closed/blank.

These photos were taken from two Double truss warehouse tents assembled two years ago. They were installed in North Europe where has very heavy snow load and very long winter. They are structured by Double Truss design, and as customer's request we specially strengthen the truss arches spacing to 1.0 meters(3.3 ft). They have been test and performed well in the harsh environment.  Here is some information about this building as you may be interested.
