The framework of TC50150 building is finished, now ready to install the roof cover. This 50x150 feet building framework only need 3-5 people and 2-3 days. All parts are pre-drilled, no cutting or welding is needed. You just need to connect the steel parts and bolt them together.

Beginning to install a new ToughCover 50x150x23 feet fabric building in Romania

Two years after the first 50x150 fabric building installed in Romania in 2016, a new one will be built recently. The first one has performed well in the past 2 years and stood the harsh winter and heavy snow. Our customer is very satisfied with our tent, and bought another one at early of this year. This new one has just arrived and is ready to install now. 

Some information about this building TC50150. Size 50x150x23 feet (L45.75 x W15.24 x H7.0m). Hot galvanized framework, 11 groups double Truss arches(60x1.5mm tubing) on 3.05m(10') spacing, 11 groups 60x1.5mm purlins. Winch roll up door in both front and back ends, door size: W4.6 x H5.2m. All tubings are per-cut and pre-drilled, packed by 6 strong steel crates. All bolts and anchors for installation are provided. ToughCover's fabric buildings are easy for transportation and installation.

Some photos from customer assembly located in United States. It's a 17m(56') wide container shelter that mounted on 53' long shipping containers. The sidewall is 2.5m(8.2') high, the peak high is 6.1m(20'), so after installed on containers, the total peak high will be 8.7m(28'5"). You could get a great space under lower budget with our container cover/shelter. The slanting crossing purlins could hold the structure as a whole. The double truss structure give enough ability for heavy snow and wind.`

Cost-efficient Round Truss 30' wide storage building for sale

Our standard double truss 30' wide building TC304015T series , use 60x1.5mm tubing as truss arches, they are very strong for wind/snow load, but some clients could not afford its higher cost. Now we developed this new model: Cost-efficient Round Truss TC304015T(40) series. It's same design with the standard TC304015T, but use smaller size 40x1.5mm tubing as truss arches. Because of its truss design, which could hold the structure together as a whole, it will be strong enough for most snow/wind conditions. We've got many good feedback from customers on this model.

Greenhouse structure project in Ethiopia, Africa

For greenhouse and storage warehouse purpose, our 40'x70'x19' (12.2x21.4x5.8m) and 40'x130'x19' (12.2x39.7x5.8m) fabric building/ warehouse tent are used in this project. Considering the rough environment in Ethiopia, we offered double truss structure for strong wind, and high UV treated PVC fabric for strong sunshine. 

All parted need for assembly like bolts, anchors are included in our crate package, and all steel tubes are pre-cut and pre-drilled. The building in the photo are not finished assembly yet, but we can see they've done a great job being the first time to install our building.  Our structure/tent are re-locatable, they could be disassembled and transport to another location for new project.

These buildings are designed for very heavy snow load in Finland, North Europe.  They use 60x1.5mm(2 3/8") tubing as truss arches, total 11 groups arches, the arch span is only 1.5m(5'). Extra lengthened stake pegs are provided to anchor the tents on hard ground. The cover is 610g/m2 (22oz) weight PVC fabric, UV treated, fire retardant, -40 degree cold resistant and very durable for harsh weather in North Europe. 
This building size 9.15m(30') wide, 15m(49') long, 6.7m(22') high, with one winch roll up door 5x5m(16'x16') at front and back panel. There is no interior column inside of building, the maximum space are provided. Our fabric structure building, storage tent are much more cost-effective compared with traditional steel warehouse. 12x20x8ft Walk-thru Greenhouse Shelter, New Designed, fast and ez assembly.

As customer's request, we designed a small walk-thru greenhouse shelter recently. Its size 12x20x8ft(3.66x6.1x2.44m) and 12x24x8ft(3.66x7.3x2.44m), it has round style and house style for choice as you can see from the photos. This portable shelter is very easy and fast assembly, two people could finish one assembly in 1 hour.
Its framework is fully galvanized for antirust, the arches are made of 40mm(1.6 inches) tubing, the purlins are 32mm(1.26 inches) tubing, with earth augers for anchoring. The cover is clearview translucent PE(polythene) fabric that UV treated for duability, good light transmittance for your plants and gardening. The bottom sidewall cover could be easily rolled up for good ventilation.  One zipper roll up door at each end of greenhouse. Each unit is packed by 3 cartons, easy carrying and loading!
